Upon arrival, I found the front desk staff unexpectedly rude, which set a negative tone for the whole stay. The bathroom was in terrible condition with unidentifiable spots everywhere, making it feel unclean and unwelcoming. I expected much more for the price charged.

Just a perfect match for one night in Shelbyville with real value for money. The sink faucet was nice, even if it barely reached the bowl. Make sure to arrive early for parking. it gets tight with larger vehicles around.

The King Room was super comfy and exceptionally clean, which made it easy to relax after a long drive. I really appreciated the digital key service—it was so convenient to skip the front desk and go straight to my room. Plus, the pillows were a nice touch that helped me get a great night's sleep. Just a heads up, the breakfast options could use a bit more variety. the selection was pretty standard and not amazing.

I had a pleasant stay where the room was exceptionally clean and the bed was really comfortable, making for a good night's sleep. The hotel is conveniently located just off the interstate, close to a Waffle House for an easy dinner. The staff were quite friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, I felt the breakfast selection could have been more varied.
